Reminds me of the 'Proper Condom Use' episode of South Park when Garrison demonstrates how to put one on a dildo (using his mouth) to which a kid bursts into tears balling.

I'm ok with the masturbation part, but the inclusion of a dildo is too much. Vaginal penetration doesn't generally lead to orgasms for one thing, for another using any sort of penetrative object in very young girls can permanently damage themselves. Can lose the ability to have children, and improper use can make a girl's first time especially negative and painful coloring her impression of it for the rest of her life.

I think all the sex-ed, gay marriage, and other sex-topic stuff of late risks 'blowback' from a culture that simply isn't ready for normal sexual discussion. What works in other countries may not work in every country. Especially if the country is the USA where sex is by and large still regarded as taboo in its' entirety. In recent years sex has actually gotten more taboo and illicit, not less despite all the sexual titilation, porn, and legal things.

Sex-ed works in other countries and cultures because they're much more socially mature than we are in the US. Applying their cultural standards to our own simply isn't going to work.

Think we're overvalueing the importance of sex-ed in school as I think more on it. I myself got zero sex-ed. Got a health class but no actual sexuality info. And yet...

My sex-ed was from my Mom who had various sex instruction manuals like "Joy of Sex" and others she let me look at. So I think getting such instruction in school is redundant. Should of course get it from parents. Plus of course, in the internet age kids are growing up in today as opposed to the more or less non-internet we did, kids are going to get explicit info from online porn when ever they reach the age their curiousity about such things begins.

In countries with early sex-ed and much more sex-positive cultures, the results are clearn and positive: fewer sex partners, less divorce, less STIs, etc. But those cultures are vastly older than our's. So trying to imitate them isn't a good idea.
