I didn't notice though I was multi-tasking during the debate so didn't watch the screen the whole time. Heard every word though. But the built in 'help Walz' 'hurt Vance/Trump' fix was obvious pretty much from the beginning. And despite their pledge to not fact check, they did just that on the Springfield thing and Vance set the moderators back on their heels with his response even though they tried again and again to interrupt him. They let Walz spew the bald faced lies re Trump tax cuts with no comment whatsoever though.

The moderators brought up tarriffs but not Harris/Walz proposal to raise corporate income taxes. Go figure. Both can result in higher prices for consumers(short term in the case of tariffs), but one option is clearly far better if we want corporations to remain in the US and remain competitive worldwide.
