Yo, Muhammad the Terroist? He don`t care about rights, and you have people, who sound like the Democrat Party, yelling Human Rights?

It's the way the right manage to pretend to be about Human Rights, but can ignore them.

They say we have to deal with the terrorist threat, therefore we have to give up our rights and freedoms to deal with the terrorists. But at this point the terrorists have just won. You've lost what it is you were supposedly fighting for. The right are happy though.
