The data analysis done for North Carolina shows that the fraud was done at a micro level, where Democrats only fabricated between 01 and 99 votes per precinct.

With thousands of voting precincts across the Democrat counties only altering the differences between Biden and Trump by single or double digits, this easily adds up to tens of thousands of votes, but in each precinct there would be so little to find and so many ways to deny wrongdoing.
