Back when the rich paid their fair share? Ronald Reagan slashed tax rates to a 50 year low....and borrowed three trillion dollars from foreign banks to cover his spending....what a Prick!!

The Republicans never have seen a tax cut for corporations and the rich they didn't like but never have quit spending for their pet projects and war machine:
