When and how did NJ purportedly become a bigger Financial disaster than IL? I knew it was doing poorly but what happened? I did get the message to not buy any REITs in NJ. but the last time I did a spring cleaning in my portfolio NJ was barely in the top 10 states for screwed up finances. I was so shocked I decided to wait until at least Monday before I finished up cleaning out the rest of my portfolio.
