Hezbollah are trying to drag Israel into conflict there. An unwise decision as Hamas has been largely neutered so Israel can respond with great vigor.
No other First World nation would accept constant rocket attacks from their neighbours, so Israel should not either. Having an Iron Dome isn't an invitation for terrorists to launch rockets.

One person was killed and eight injured as the result of a rocket attack on the northern Israeli city of Safed on Wednesday, according to the director of Israel’s main first responders organization.
Eli Bin, director general of Magen David Adom (MDA), told Israel Channel 12 that a body was located during a search of a building damaged by a rocket in the Safed area.
The Israel Defense Forces said a base in northern Israel was targeted by rockets from Lebanon, without specifying the city. The Israeli Air Force began an “extensive wave of attacks” in Lebanon, the Israel Defense Forces said Wednesday.
Hezbollah, an Iran-backed armed group that is a regional force in its own right, has not claimed the attack.
