Ukraine has a population of about 45 million people...about 1/7 the size of the U.S....

if Obama can effect progress in the Ukraine economy for only 1 Billion......he should've already succeeded here in America with only about 7 Billion.....

7 Billion is a teeny tiny part of the 1 Trillion stimulus package.....so wtf....?

obama isn't sending any money. His billion dollars is only loan guarantees. meaning that the US is simply a guarantor against default. Any lender would be evaluating the ability of the US to pay it back, with our 20 trillion dollars of debt and an inability to pay nothing toward principal and paying on interest only made with additional borrowing.

Putin's Gazprom will raise Ukrainian gas prices....Obama loans 1B 'energy aid' to help Uks pay for their higher priced gas....our money goes right into Putin's pocket...
