from what I understand, we have yet come across one with allegiance to ISIS that does not practice the religion of Islam.

I'm fine with that. We have many Muslims serving honorably in our military and government. Most, about 98%, of the world's Muslims are peaceful and do not seek to harm others. Of course, 2% of 1.6 BILLION is still a problem which requires the help of the other 98% to rectify.
