no mailman or anyone knows if it is a trump vote or a biden vote, inside an absentee ballot envelope.... you are spouting ignorance.... an absentee ballot is delivered inside an envelope with no indication of party, Bush92.

As far as only voting for president and not down ballot.... that is common.... and the further the candidate's race is down the ballot, the less voters vote in their contest.

also, in a presidential election where party's register a ton of new voters, they tend to only vote for president because they are not real politicos, they know nothing about the down ballot candidates and their importance for the whole party, and simply do not cast a vote in those election contests.
