as far as building the wall , should be pretty easy as far as the actual construction is concerned . Heck , USA built the 1400 mile Alaska highway while we fought a 2 front world war in the early 40s . And that was built using 30s and 40s techniques and equipment . Road was built in 9 months through all kinds of weather going through lakes , rivers , forests , swamps as the builders fought bugs like black flies , mosquitos .
