If the H2O molecule is too small to activate IgE antibodies - how does an Allergy to Water (Aquagenic Urticaria) exist?

Here are the articles I could find

This is a non-exhaustive list.

These are all different people diagnosed with Aquagenic Urticaria. Some of them only react to water on their skin but others also react internally to water (ie, IV saline, drinking). Two of the people in this list have a whole body reaction to intravenous saline. The diagnostic procedure rules out chemicals in the water being the culprit, since after the patient still reacts to distilled/sterile water, that is when a diagnosis of Aquagenic Urticaria is confirmed. There are less than 50 cases ever documented worldwide.

Aquagenic Urticaria is a condition where people break out in hives if their skin gets wet.

However, it's not an allergy. Not all hives come from an allergy. And the cause of hives is unknown in a lot of cases. In this case, the best guess is that something else in the water causes the reactions.

It's not caused by something in the water. Aquagenic Urticaria is diagnosed via the ''Water Challenge Test'', where distilled/sterile water is placed on the skin. If the patient still reacts to pure water, that is when the diagnosis of Aquagenic Urticaria is confirmed. It is still not an allergy. It is a reaction on the skin. And as the person you are responding to stated, not every hive or skin reaction is an allergy.

Fact is, the human body is mostly made of water. And such people can still drink water just fine. They suffer no ill effects from it, and in fact they would die if they could not drink water.

It is a skin reaction, not an allergy.
