there are two major causes for our health care problems.

1) insurance companies got involved (driving up prices)
2) the nation's irresponsible immigration policy (why sit in mexico with nothing while you can come to America and take advantage of a system designed to take care of americans?)

insurance companies want to make big profits while selling people their "service"
like all insurance, you give them money then if you need something, you might qualify for 30% of what you gave them.
there are a smaller percentage who collect far more than they ever paid, these expenses are offset my raising premiums across the board.

this system doesn't work

heath insurance company owners become billionaires.
a doctor or a hospital wants to collect $500 for a procedure , the insurance company says "no, we'll give you $350, so now the doctors and the hospital says their procedure costs $700, so they can collect their $500 from the insurance company.
when a cash customer needs that procedure they have to say it's $700, even though it isn't.
that's how insurance companies ruined the health care industry.

the government refused to bar illegals from taking advantage of our country health services, so that became another massive expense.
and that's how the government ruined the health care industry.

so with a person like me, the health insurance company says "if you want health insurance ,... to cover our profits, the hospital's profits, illegals, patients, taxes, ect, your share comes out to $350 per month."
and I say "go screw yourself, and keep your service"
now, the system has no where to go but reform.

but Obama fixed the problem of the health care business being forced to go into reform, by telling me and everyone who works, we MUST buy insurance.
everyone who works is forced to contribute to all of their bs expenses

where does it go from here?

when everything is said and done, health insurance profits will increase every year.
like every socialist program the rich are capped as to what they have to pay.
the government will start pulling more tax money from the health insurance companies.
the health insurance companies will raise premiums on the employed as much as the government will allow them to do so.
so now, everyone who works will be hit with a massive health care expense that will increase every year or so.
more illegals will come to this country looking for free services.
more Americans will seek out services and bs since they are forced to participate.
since the health insurance companies will be limited as to what they can charge the public, they will start dropping payments to doctors and hospitals.
companies will start decreasing hours to avoid health care payments (already happening)

a lot of people who work for peanuts will say "why should I work and be robbed for health care insurance, when I can raise a family, go on welfare, and get these services for free?

the more the government allows the health insurance companies to raise premiums, the more people will go on welfare.

not to mention, health care is going to be another voting issue.
"better vote democrat to save your health care benefits"

the whole thing is a disaster from beginning to end

Cut out the private insurance administrative costs and how much do you save? Do you think if the government runs the whole thing the government's cost will be less? If it did it would defy history.

we have an even bigger problem with healthcare. first, we have stripped our foods of their nutritional value through processing. we load them with antibiotics, hormones, pesticides and other chemicals. everything is artificial. everything is processed or loaded with fat, even worse refined sugars. People are overweight, yet they are still starving because what they eat has little nutritional value. that's why we have so much obesity, diabetes, emotional and behavioral problems. and we fix it all with a pill instead of diet and exercise. and the pills cause more harm then good in most cases. look at cholesterol. the great war on cholesterol. we were told we had to get our numbers down to minimize our risk of heart disease. So statins became the most prescribed drugs ever and americans got their numbers down. guess what happened? heart disease continued to rise. but drug companies got rich. we need a total revamp of our healthcare system
