Apparently it doesn't take a whole lot of terrorism to cause a whole bunch of trouble. Such as the expense of keeping track of all the potential terrorists. And draining such resources from something like fighting crime. Europe would be better off by just expelling ALL the muslims. Let allah sort them out in their own countries.
