Is a $550M payment by the Canadian government to GM to keep jobs here an issue for Trump?

As I reported before and will continue to pursue with Mr. Trump and his incoming administration once they are in place, is such a tactic a problem for Trump?

A large number of jobs were cut in Ohio and Michigan, while Ontario paid $550M of taxpayer money to GM in order to maintain these jobs. There was no other incentive for GM other than being paid this money, which, by the way, is a violation of NAFTA. Something I would advise the Autoworkers union in America take up.

To illustrate just how solely important these payments are,w hen Ontario and Canada didn't pony up, GM moved 600 jobs from Ingersoll, Ontario to Mexico. Essentially Trumps position on NAFTA forced this issue, and I know for certain if he speaks out against the $550M sweetheart eal GM struck just weeks before the election, that GM might reconsider this agreement.
