She doesn't know if a document is classified or not. She doesn't understand that when you are Secretary of State its necessary to have internet security. She thinks that wiping a computer server means wiping it with a cloth.... so no, she doesn't appear to be to bright to me.

As far as the Investigations go, she lied more than once , for one thing she did not turn over all work related documents when she said she did,and emails were deleted after a subpoena.
Obviously she has insiders looking out for her and probably has dirt on republicans. Its like a get out of jail free card. It doesnt mean she's remotely close to the smartest woman in the world.
