Yes, in fact from what I understand, Cuba does a booming business in medicine, that's how they get their hands on hard currency after the USSR died. They have two health care systems: the one for foreigners paying cash, and the one for the proletariat. The former is clean and modern, without bogus lawsuits and red tape (perhaps it is more capitalist than america's pseudo-socialist system!). The other is scarcely above the medicine of the middle ages.
