I've grown up with a father who was a butcher so my chance at being happily vegan was next to zero. But I tried an ultra-strict vegan diet years back though I only made it about six weeks. Felt happier, was more energetic, but utlimately missed meats.
I know I"m better off sans meat, I know about all the crap in it like antibiotics, hormones, etc. And I understand I feel better without it. So why can't I give it up?
