I am not sure that the burden of proof would be on her to prove she is not a whore.If she is called a whore she should sue.
Good for her.
Of course she will have to prove that she was not a whore- but assuming she wasn't, no reason for her to be slandered.
I think that she could show that the slandering party had no basis for the claim and had a profit motive thus the equivalent of malice (for profit).
I would vote for a case of slander based on that were I an said jury.
