Did the IRS Fire Holly Paz?

An IRS source says that the Internal Revenue Service has fired Holly Paz, the director of the agency’s Rulings and Agreements office. The source says Paz was fired last Friday, and a second IRS source tells National Review Online that Paz “dropped off the edge of the world” that day, and that her agency-issued computer, phone, and Blackberry show no activity since then.

Looky looky who is gone from the IRS so far. Ta dah!

Others have either retired or been placed on administrative leave, including Washington lawyer Carter Hull, who has been accused of micromanaging the processing of tea-party cases, and who, according to IRS sources, requested his retirement package on March 12;

:eusa_whistle:

Joseph Grant, the commissioner of the agency’s Tax-Exempt and Government Entities division and Lois Lerner’s boss, who retired on June 3 just days after receiving a promotion;

:eusa_whistle:

former IRS commissioner Steven Miller, who resigned days after news of the scandal broke;

:eusa_whistle:

and the director of the IRS’s Exempt Organizations division, Lois Lerner, who was placed on paid administrative leave after refusing to tender her resignation.

:lol: More body bags will be needed......

Man I love all the bullshit the left spews.

This investigation is rocking big time. More bodies coming according to what I'm picking up at the Hill.

Camp says they are going forward. No doubt about it.

you see people, when the left has it's back against the wall, they go for the SMEAR of someone doing the investigation...and all over a damn government that is abusing it's power against the people in this country..

they take something like this and run with...from the article..

But Issa wasn’t the force people expected him to be. His biggest investigation, into the botched anti-gun smuggling operation that left a Border Patrol agent dead, incited right-wing talk radio listeners. Beyond that, though, it barely registered. After two years in power, Issa seemed more bark than bite.

how caluous can they get?

nothing we aren't used too, you would think it would be a very sad thing to live with..

is this honorable, not in my book..

His biggest investigation, into the botched anti-gun smuggling operation that left a Border Patrol agent dead, incited right-wing talk radio listeners. Beyond that, though, it barely registered. After two years in power, Issa seemed more bark than bite.

Then came last month’s revelation that IRS agents had singled out Tea Party groups for special scrutiny.

Like Prez Barry said, There's no there there.

:clap2:

The sad fact, Luddly...is that there are SO MANY scandals now that it's hard to keep up on them all. None of them have gone away. Sooner or later we'll get to the truth DESPITE the efforts of the most "transparent" Administration in history (eye roll).

And Barry's comment is ridiculous. His Administration is floundering. Pretending that there are no problems is wishful thinking. The truth is...Barack Obama is a terrible chief executive and he's surrounded himself with a cast of political ideologues that are equally incompetent. It shouldn't surprise anyone because these people were always amateurs.

Shades of the Clinton fundraisig scandal where everyone involved took the 5th, couldn't remember their own names, or fled the country to China.
We are seeing the beginnings of a massive cover up. Nixon could only dream about something this big.
Obama is the most corrupt president since idi Amin.

Isn't that what investigations are about? To investigate?

Ya twit.

Fast and Furious was buried by the media and sidetracked by the administration. You're just a blind apologist-toady for the failed Boy King.

It wasn't buried. They fully put it out there.

They found that Fast and Furious wasn't what Issa said it was..big surprise there, eh?

The government didn't introduce new guns to the mix. They simply watched the deals go down. And then tried to prosecute the sellers.

The deals are still happening, by the way. Only now..no one is watching.

ACORN and Shirley Sherrod were offered up the Republican blood altar too.

What's your point?

Issa's "investigation" falling apart

It was never ‘together’ to begin with.

Well actually it was..to begin with.

They made some pretty outrageous claims and the President, once again, got "punked'.

Hope, some day soon, he will take a page from the Bush/Rove book and tell these fuckers to pound sand.

They don't like him.

They aren't going to work with him.

And the best thing he can do now his adopt their strategy. Make this their last terms.

2014 should be a Republican purge of congress.

But it won't be. The pubes will take over by landslide,

Obama might as well hit the links now.

Don't you get it? Its ok for liberals to lie, as long as the lie helps their cause. Liberals have zero morals or ethics. They are pond scum.

Issa sure is all assholes and elbows into being a snitch like Tricky Dick Nixon. It's good to have a watchdog, but not a rabid one,

Yes, this administration has lied to Issa's committee on several occasions, invoked executive privilege so that no one was ever held accountablein the illegal operation that allowed thousands of assault weapons to cross our border and resulted in untold number of deaths--Issa is damn well justified in being rabid. There is a pattern of dishonesty and illegality, and this administration has shown it has no interest in holding anyone accountable, especially the ever incompetent President Magoo.

Irony abounds when it comes to the Fast and Furious scandal. But the ultimate irony is this: Republicans who support the National Rifle Association and its attempts to weaken gun laws are lambasting ATF agents for not seizing enough weapons—ones that, in this case, prosecutors deemed to be legal.
