That all depends on where your imagination takes you, and who you believe along the way.
The Justice Department fighting fraud is great, but if they are using the fight against fraud to also target legal businesses that the administration does not approve of, that is not so great.

I personally don't give a crap what the banks think of Operation choke point, they can take care of themselves, but if the Justice Department stops one legal business from getting credit, then they have overstepped their bounds. There are charges out there, that they have done just that.
