He's ineffective and too entrenched in The Establishment Culture. If he cannot get tax reform and Healthcare Insurance Reform done in the next year or so he needs to go!
 
What is truly awful are the six senators who voted for repeal and replace under Obama but not under Trump. Without recruitment and funding of primary challengers by the RNC. Replacing McConell without that is useless and with it replacement may not be needed.
