Corrupt? Not generally. We have safeguards in place to catch the bad apples. Sometimes they hide for a while, but most are eventually caught, brought up on charges and kicked out of the military. I was a Personnelman for 20 years in the Navy and processing paperwork and knowing everything going on in the command was kinda my job.
