I guess you have a second amendment right to bring your gun while you monitor Arizona Drop Boxes. How can THAT be voter intimidation?

“A federal judge Friday refused to bar a group from monitoring outdoor ballot boxes in Arizona’s largest county where watchers have shown up armed and in ballistic vests, saying to do so could violate the monitors’ constitutional rights.”

Fox News ran stories for months in 2008 about Black Panthers (armed with Night Sticks) standing outside Philadelphia polls.
Fox was outraged that Obama did not prosecute the Black Panthers.

Where is the Fox News outrage over armed Arizona Drop Box watchers?

“Local and federal law enforcement have been alarmed by reports of people, including some who were masked and armed, watching 24-hour ballot boxes in Maricopa County — Arizona’s most populous county — and rural Yavapai County as midterm elections near. Some voters have complained alleging voter intimidation after people watching the boxes took photos and videos, and followed voters.” ibid

This is clearly a bad-faith effort by conservatives to intimidate voters of color – perceived to be likely Democratic voters – and prevent voters of color from voting.

The right’s war on democracy continues.

Representatives Frank Wolf of Virginia and Lamar Smith of Texas. Wolf was quoted by the Washington Times as asking, "If showing a weapon, making threatening statements and wearing paramilitary uniforms in front of polling station doors does not constitute voter intimidation, at what threshold of activity would these laws be enforceable?" Smith expressed skepticism at the Obama administration's stated justification for narrowing it, stating "The administration still has failed to explain why it did not pursue an obvious case of voter intimidation.

So evidently Conservatives believe that a black man carrying a Billy Club is voter intimidation while a white man carrying an AR-15 is not

Armed black Americans are ‘thugs.’

Armed white Americans are ‘patriots.’

Fox News hosts spent months criticizing President Obama for not prosecuting a black man carrying a nightstick

But a white man carrying an AR-15 at a polling station is perfectly acceptable

I've been watching the locals reports, they are usually standing or sitting 50 feet or more away from the drop boxes and most of the observers are unarmed. It's great that they are doing this since Maricopa County has a habit of turning off the video monitors recording the drop box activity.

You best stay home under your bed with your coloring book, Buttercup.

No surprise that Faux was lying back then.

Many Fox News pundits decried the government's position as outrageously lenient, and evidence of an Obama administration double standard on race issues.

On July 6, 2010, Fox News' Bill O'Reilly asked Fox News legal analyst Lis Wiehl whether the Justice Department should have prosecuted the Panthers.

"Of course," Wiehl said. "I mean, there's absolutely no reason. Just take a look at the video that they didn't prosecute

Looks like FoxNews has a double standard of race issues when it comes to monitoring the polls

I bet they catch that fly that has pestered them all along.

Repubs have the right to follow what Progs do. it like the Prog motto.... get lower and lower. The shit stirring must stop. Or out of necessity Repubs will end up being the same.

And if they were armed blacks monitoring those drop boxes, Conservatives would be outraged

Since they are white and conservative……It is Patriotic
