The process is amending the constitution not executive order. I would vote to not give citizenship to non-citizens if it were a voting matter. But I also respect the law and constitution and what Trump is doing goes beyond his authority

Anyways, with all due respect, I don't think that our founding fathers had the Biden/Harris administration in mind when the US Constitution was made. As they were literally looking for every excuse in the book to allow access for illegal immigrants into this country. Therefore there has to be a way to fix this no matter whose authority it's by.

The process is adhering to what the Constitution actually demands.

Where, as here, a prior interpretation leaves serious room for doubt, in order to adhere to it, one must interpret it accurately.

We don’t need a new Amendment. We need, instead, to properly interpret what we already have.

Trump’s EO is a fair start. And it’s already working. We already have the matter in the courts. It is highly probable that the dispute will end up in the SCOTUS.

Then, if needed, we can worry about another Amendmwnt.

The "foreigners" and "aliens" described were members of diplomatic missions. There is no "or" joining them. They are a signle inclusive group.
