Thompson’s ruling, however, does require Lake to reimburse Hobbs $33,040.50 for certain costs incurred during the proceedings in accordance with other state statutes applicable because Lake did not win the case.

So, no sanctions, but Kari Lake does get to pay costs for a bullshit lawsuit. I think Hobbs and the state of AZ will take that over sanctions any day! :auiqs.jpg:

Her appeal will be based on loss of chain of custody.
When one severely limits what they'll look at, they can then say they saw nothing.
