The court blocked any release of those tapes. To release them would be a crime. The person who committed that crime will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
It doesn't matter if their views are the same as yours. The law applies to everyone. Not just those who disagree with your views.
No it doesn't. When a crime is committed the results of that crime are subject to the law. The first amendment doesn't allow people to break the law.
The people who made those videos broke the law and if one was released today the people who released it will probably be prosecuted to the fullest extend of the law and probably will end up going to jail.
If you are under a court restraining order and you violate that order you have broken the law.
Obviously you don't have a clue how the laws works, do you?
Judges get to rule on the law. The videos are not protected under the 1st Amendment if they are libelous.
