They just can't help themselves. The criminal mindset of the democrat engages when the opportunity arises, especially during natural disasters. They pillage and destroy property that aren't theirs. They think they're entitled to do so. But in the end when confronted about their crimes, they'll say they 'dindu nuffin' wrong.
