Oops. Seems someone found out some embarrassing stuff.

Surprise, surprise: Washington Free Beacon’s analysis found that the median salary was higher for men both in her Senate office and her campaign.

Specifically, the median salary dismemberment for men came in at $34,999 and women fell behind at $32,999. That means women working for Harris make .94 cents on the dollar compared to men. Nearly identical figures held true for an analysis for a previous six-month period.

So, it’s not a one-off situation — it’s a pattern. How embarrassing for her: A champion of equal pay for women is not providing her own female staffers equal pay.

No hypocrisy here.

There are so many problems with this initiative. For instance let's say you have a superstar young male in your small company that you want to give a big raise. But you can't because then you would have to give the lower performing females in his group equal raises that you cannot afford. Then you lose him to another company that offers him a big raise. Oh well, tough shit, your company suffers because once again the government intervened.
