I tend to agree that it is is significantly higher than 5% but I use that number to satisfy jihad apologists and demonstrate to math-challenged lefties that even 5% results in an incredibly high number.

This isnt an "agree or disagree" situation. That would be like me saying "i tend to agree that 2+2 = 4". Its simply a fact.
