Kentucky is the 16th state to allow carrying a gun without a permit...good for them.

Yep.....Kentucky's Governor just signed a law that will allow it's citizens to carry a concealed gun without a permit....good for them.

Yeah, Idaho did that a couple of years ago.
So glad that states are sticking up for the Constitution
