"Lion of London Bridge" who fought knife-wielding terrorists sentenced after calling Muslims "scum"

"Lion of London Bridge" Roy Larner has been sentenced after he branded Muslims "scum".

The 48-year-old — who was stabbed as he protected pub-goers during the London Bridge terror attack — said Mayor Sadiq Khan "shouldn't even be in the country” and called him “a pile of s***”.

Football fan Larner famously shouted "F*** you, I'm Millwall" as he fought with terror thugs on 3 June last year.

Larner was sentenced to eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, and fined £50.

He was ordered to take part in diversity awareness courses.
