List of 13 Things Banned by Sharia

So, if fundamentalists (evangelicals) follow the "fundamentals" of the faith, they will in no way act like barbarians.
Yet they did for thousands and thousands of years, committing all kinds of atrocities along the way.

Thank goodness we live in a country where laws have been passed to prevent religious beliefs from being established as law.

Funny thing about Evangelicals is they've forgotten their brutal history, and if brought up they will either deny it or scream about how it was in the past.

They have forgotten that one time in this nation the Evangelical once burned people at the stake for being a Witch. They once believed that the Mark of Cain was the African Black. They still condemn Gay and Lesbians. They once preach a woman place was at home and being a servant to her husband.

I remember Pentecostal and Jehovah's Witness wear against watching movies and much that was on that list they consider as a sign except the Pork eating part...

So when I read a Evangelical Christian claiming they follow the words of Christ it make me chuckle because many Christians utter those words while fighting Holy Wars and killing millions here in this part of the world in the name of God and Christ, but today Evangelical has forgotten their bloody history... ( For the nutter the Holy Wars were not fought here )

Funny how you are doing the denial and soon you will scream it was in the past and does not matter...

But WERE THEY FOLLOWING WHAT JESUS SAID TO DO? If not, you can't blame the religion if they do the opposite of what it says :)

They thought they were, so you can not change that fact nor the factual history of the Evangelical past... It would be like a Catholic denying their bloody past and how they twisted the word of Christ and God to fulfill their agenda of hate...

So when God said "thou shalt not suffer a witch to live" and Jesus said "judge not lest ye be judged" but then also said "I am not here to overturn the Law but to uphold the Law", which version of God's Word and Commandments do the faithful follow? It's the same God in different form and giving conflicting instructions.

Most evangelicals are living the opposite of the bible right now. Otherwise they would stone adulterers and never divorce.

Btw, many Muslims would argue that the Koran does NOT command anyone to be killed, and that it is only extremists who would use their religion to justify their evil. Hmm... sound familiar?

I can "claim" I'm a muslim, but since I eat bacon, don't recognize muhammad, nor pray to Allah, my claim is False. If any person "claims" to be Christian and goes against what Jesus, the "founder " of Christianity commanded, then he is a christian as much as I am a muslim :)

Jesus did not found christianity. He was a jew that taught the torah only he explained it in parable.
Christianity was founded after his death.
Christianity would have been alien to Jesus.

It is written that Jesus came to FULFILL the Law and the Prophets. It is also written that Jesus is the Truth, The Way, and The Life. The Truth that Fulfilled the Law, Commands to turn the other cheek, Love others and forgive those that hurt you (He of course proved this by forgiving those who tortured Him and murdered Him on a cross)

And if they incline to peace, then incline to it [also] and rely upon Allah . Indeed, it is He who is the Hearing, the Knowing. (Surat Al-'Anfāl 8:61)

Allah does not forbid you from those who do not fight you because of religion and do not expel you from your homes - from being righteous toward them and acting justly toward them. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly. (Surat Al-Mumtaĥanah 60:8)

Amazing how religious works can contradict themselves huh? And evil people are able to interpret it however best suits them? Again, SOUND FAMILIAR?

The bible forbids you from eating bacon too. Tell me, do you eat bacon?
Pork was unclean to the Jews. So, if were going by what the Bible says:
9 About noon the following day as they were on their journey and approaching the city, Peter went up on the roof to pray.
10 He became hungry and wanted something to eat, and while the meal was being prepared, he fell into a trance.
11 He saw heaven opened and something like a large sheet being let down to earth by its four corners.
12 It contained all kinds of four-footed animals, as well as reptiles and birds.
13 Then a voice told him, “Get up, Peter. Kill and eat.”
14 “Surely not, Lord!” Peter replied. “I have never eaten anything impure or unclean.”
15 The voice spoke to him a second time, “Do not call anything impure that God has made clean.”
Acts 10:9-15
Pork is no longer unclean.

When Muhammad was first starting out he preached peace. But when they tossed him out, his message became violent. And in Islam, if a verse seems to contradict another, the later verse is what you follow-it's called abrogation.
The Following is taken from an Islamic Forum site: "The Qur'an is unique among sacred scriptures in accepting a doctrine of abrogation in which later pronouncements of the Prophet declare null and void his earlier pronouncements."
So as you can see, the verses of peace are abrogated (in Islam) to later verses (which is where Muhammad showed his true self). It's not about hating Islam. It's about knowing it's history, it's founder, and it's theology :)
