The House had added a provision to revoke the 18 year old Authorization to Use Military Force and remove the unlimited power to wage war without consent of Congress...but the Senate removed it. These people are not found of the Constitution.

And the power for the Executive Branch to detain anyone, citizens included, indefinitely is still there also...thought maybe they would address that...but nope.
