Utah Jazz, Russell Westbrook sued for $100M by banned fan
Instead of kicking that thug's ass like Shane Kiesel thought about doing, he instead did something better...he filed a lawsuit against Russell Westbrook and the Utah Jazz......about time!!!
"The fan, Shane Keisel, filed suit against the Jazz and Westbrook in 4th District Court on Monday, months after Utah banned him for life following an altercation. In the lawsuit, Keisel denied Westbrook’s claim that he made racially charged remarks during the incident, which occurred while the NBA star was still a member of the Oklahoma City Thunder. Keisel alleges that Westbrook went on a “tirade” over basic heckling."
Maybe the next time one of these thugs wants to mouth off to a fan and threaten that fan and his wife, he will think twice or face a lawsuit....or worse, an old fashioned ass kicking...that Westbrook guy better thank his stars that Shane didn't beat his ass......maybe he should be deported back to where he came from....
