I don't think the photo speaks as much to being CLEAN as maybe keeping your hair nice, make up, dressing well etc.

... or maybe, if women spend a lot of time in the bathroom, they are vain.

More a matter of societal expectations. Men are 'more manly' if slovenly. And women are 'more womanly' if well groomed.

What if guys started calling women with high numbers and lots of practice, "big chickens", whenever they lie to us or let us miss our turn?
