Police are investigating the death of a man suspected of shoplifting who died allegedly in a choke hold of a loss prevention worker at Safeway.

loss prevention stopped a shoplifter. the shoplifter died in the hospital. a witness said the officer had his arm on the guys neck. he isnt being charged at this time. wonder how this will end out.
