I'm not sure if this Canadian company sells their processed foods in the U.S or not. If they do, you can choose to decide if you will boycott their products or not. Blaming the president and America for the attack on a civilian plane that Iran attacked is disgusting.

The CEO of Maple Leaf Foods spoke out against the United States government days after an Iranian missile accidentally shot down a Ukrainian jetliner, killing all 176 people on board — including, he said, the family of a company employee.

In a series of tweets on Sunday, Michael McCain said the time since Wednesday's crash has not quelled his anger over what he describes as a "needless, irresponsible series of events in Iran." The tweets were sent from the official Maple Leaf Foods account, though McCain characterized them as "personal reflections."

You find that disgusting but Trump’s illegal, immoral, and unjust cold blooded killing of ten people outside the Baghdad airport, is just peachy keen.

Strange no?

I don't inherently like these methods, I'd prefer arrests and prosecutions. However this is an ongoing war against terror and time was of the essence. Often some approaches aren't feasible in places like the Middle East, so Western nations have to do what they must to defend their citizens.

Fallacies. The war on terror is a fallacy. Stop believing the oligarchy. They lie.

Hmm... what about Obama's illegal killing of over 3000 civilians throughout the M.E.?
Just peachy

Idiot. Thinks only in a binary nature.

No one on this forum was more outspoken against the war criminal Ears, than me. Wake up.

I heard this on the radio this AM. They also said 80% of Canadians have an unfavorable view of Trump.

Only because we have a system that destroys the lives of people like myself, for the benefit of a few patsies and their families. As such, state run media CBC and the covert apparatus is pushing the narrative. They say "Trump is hurting us", when all he did was expose them for their lack of capitalism and reliance on U.S taxpayer handouts.

They KNOW a system like Americas would free citizens and demand changes to accountability and transparency, so they reject it. Trump has been a Godsend for the average global citizen who believe in capitalism and liberty, a nightmare for big centralized governments and global socialists.

Exactly how has the average global citizen who believes in capitalism and liberty benefited from Trump? Certainly not by his erecting of trade barriers and his "America First" policies. And a nightmare for big centralized governments? Certainly not Russia.

It's forced governments to listen to citizens, to be held to a higher standard. You saw the big swing in the UK, Brexit, you see citizens in HK, Iran, France, protesting, demanding action.

None of this happened under Obama because he was part of the global socialist project. Trump is telling the world, "I want to win for Americans, you try to do the same for your citizens". He's realistic about global competition, it isn't "you win, and America will subsidize you". That's just theft in order to buy "friends".

Citizens now expect their governments to work for them, not live off of them.

We have no business being there. If we aren't there, none of this happens. We lied Canada into the mess in the beginning. I imagine they are still mad over that.
