Authorities say the man was charged with one count of murder and five counts of attempted murder. CBS2 reported that he has been out on bail since earlier this year when he was charged with an attempted murder in a completely separate case.

So, already a violent felon in all probability, already illegal for the asshole to have guns, in all probability, and instead of being locked up, he's allowed to wander around shooting people. If you look at the increasing gun crime in Britain, Australia and Europe......it is their immigrant populations that are driving the violence and gun crime.....

And considering that as more Americans own and carry guns....our gun murder rate went down 47%.....yet you will not make any connection with that....we had 4.7 million people carrying guns for self defense in 1997 and 200 million guns in private hands...we now have 15 million people carrying guns for self defense and 357-400 million guns in private hands....and the gun murder rate went down 47%

So the basic premise that people like you believe, that more guns create more crime is wrong....it isn't even remotely true.

The problem we have.....gun criminals get short prison sentences....convicted felons caught multiple times with illegal guns get less than 2 years in prison...and often get sent to boot camps instead of real prison.....and then.....when they are caught, again....they get less than 2 years.....that is why we have gun crime in the United STates....

In japan....you get 30 years......not less than 2....and they still have gun crime there........
