That's a nice little spin that ignores that House Speaker Boehner has told Obama he has to control his spending and he has to do it now.

The real trouble is, Obama is not listening, he's just yammering and pointing fingers because he can't accept the paying back part of his spending as reality.

Consistent concealment of this with throwing cream pies at good guys always comes to no good.

America wants the debts paid in full and the budget balanced. We can do a grass-roots end to spendthrifts in the White House.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), along with House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and Boehner met in the Cabinet Room with the president and vice president for a brief 50 minutes Saturday morning.
"The President wanted to know that there was a plan for preventing national default," McConnell said in a statement released after the meeting. "The bipartisan leadership in Congress is committed to working on new legislation that will prevent default while substantially reducing Washington spending."

The White House did issue the legislators one demand: Obama again dug in on refusing to sign a short-term deal.
"The president restated his opposition to a short-term extension of the debt ceiling, explaining that a short-term extension could cause our country’s credit rating to be downgraded, causing harm to our economy and causing every American to pay higher credit cards rates and more for home and car loans," Carney said.

What planet do you live on?

First, the FAA has not had a proper funding bill since the last one ran out in 2007. Who was Speaker for the last 4 years again?

Second, the House passed a bill funding the FAA for 4 years, and the Senate refused to pass it. Come to think of it, the Senate hasn't passed a budget for over 800 days now. How is that Boehner's fault?

Third, you really need to get your hands on some better synthahol. You should be able to throw off the effects and make sober posts.
