I don't know on what grounds she thinks the final report would be good. A list of process crimes and supposition?

If anything, it is my belief that Mueller probably sent a memo to Trump and Barr to keep the report classified in order to keep is reputation in tact, and to provide the networks, all of them, both on the left, and the right, with a continued stream of profitability. As long as that distraction is there, folks will not really pay attention to the ineptitude of either side or what the administration is up to.
