In a nutshell, here it is:
In cases where an employee will be dealing directly, face to face, with customers and/or clients, employers have an express RIGHT to discriminate on the basis of:
And since this ALL relates to voluntary behavior, none of it runs afoul of current anti-discrimination laws.

In cases where an employee will be dealing directly, face to face, with customers and/or clients, employers have an express RIGHT to discriminate on the basis of:
- Face and/or body ornamentation (tattoos, piercings, etc.),
- Anti-biological gender identification,
- Extraordinary hair styles and colors (employer's discretion),
- A pattern of anti-grammatical speaking, and/or
- Inappropriate (for the industry) clothing and accessories (e.g., fingernails that impede using a keyboard).
And since this ALL relates to voluntary behavior, none of it runs afoul of current anti-discrimination laws.
