New Forum Suggestion

Can we have a forum where all the old (i.e., actual) rules exist and almost never get moderated and none of the new rules apply?

Maybe we could call it the Anarchy Zone or the Wild West Zone or the Good Old Days Zone.

And while we're at it, can we have a forum to ask questions about the mysterious happenings at USMB where we have a chance of getting answers rather than banishments when we wish to know about banned members and what got them booted?
