School food is horrible and has been for a long time. I volunteered at my g-kid's school long before Obama was elected and saw it for myself. The kids dumped most of what was on their trays.

Same is true of hospital food in the US.

We're supposedly the richest country in the world and we feed out kids and our sick crap.
