New York city man sues neighbor over Christmas music

New York City Man Sues Neighbor Over Christmas Music
A lawyer in New York City is suing his neighbor because she plays Christmas music all day and all night.

-----------------------------------
Another idiot at their finest. We who think this is a pathetic American can only hope that this dumbed down SOB, loses all the money he dumps into this case. It's their right like it or not.
These people are so ignorantly selfish.
They think of nobody but themselves. Karma is a bitch let's hope it find him soon.
The news flash , if this can be done to these people , Whatever it is you like or enjoy makes you the next victim.
THE REASON I SAY THIS IS THE SUEING PART OF IT........................
New York City Man Sues Neighbor Over Christmas Music
He MIGHT have a case if he has called the cops and she was ticketed for a noise disturbance...if not then nah.

I need Peaceful surroundings in my life.

Like so many of my brothers and sisters here do.

I need quiet I need beauty I care for wildlife for beauty

If not

I don't have an appetite for life anymore.

That's all

I dont mind a little noise from my neighbors as in a few times a year Christmas parties and the like.
It's the sorry asshole with the dog that barks all night everynight I have a problem with.
But yeah I miss living in the country where silence ruled other than the noise you made.

if it was islamic, hindu, native american spiritual, hanukah, etc. music ............ the lawyers would be out in force offering pro bono legal representation

I like chrismas music, but it can be overwhelming when it runs nearly 24/7 for more than a month, everywhere.

During normal hours of the day and not exceeding noise levels, enjoy

It's just nice music but why so many like to celebrate at the wrong time of year is social not religious. Early church did not even give him a date of birth, and then gave him the birthday of other god.

If a nation wanted to celebrate 4th July in March it would also be weird, but patriotic music is great, just not so loud you induce migraines.

Merry Christmas, just don't expect me to play music from outdoor speakers at all hours for the whole neighborhood

The feeling of friendship and warmth is what is special. That feeling can be shared in some form all year long, without the commercialism.

Two months of "Christmas" or more, can be a bit much.

Silence at night is so beautiful.

It's heavenly. :huddle:

I don't ever want to live among the noise in a big city.

Never again.

Not a big deal....she will lose. She is just being difficult. On Halloween she had another display.

Just came back from NYC I miss the noise, this hustle and the craziness.

I don't ever want to live among the noise in a big city.

Never again.

I've never lived in the big city. Always the boonies and the suburbs.
I do remember my younger years and the upstairs neighbor who had to have had a herd of elephants as pets though.

I did grow up in a big city and then I lived in many big cities,I had all I can have from a big city.

Now I don't want or need or desire that anymore. I am all the contrary.

I want peace I want quiet I want green ....I want silence. I want wildlife......and I want to go to bed early every night.Bless.:)

Thats a very cool display!!
It is, she does this stuff quite nicely. Nevertheless, she is being nasty and thoughtless about it.

So wait a minute....is this the display thats being complained about?
Seems to me they could tone down the music because the display speaks for itself.

Yes and there is more.....NYC in that area is just a side walk and residential dwellings.. she is being a creep . she is a socialite she needs no regimen of rest etc..The folks there work damn hard and bust their butts for the most part and work everyday. They just want some peace.

You'll never hear me complain about the sounds of nature...because they're always seasonal.

It doesn't come cheap, but if you can ....you are the lucky one.

If it's loud and obnoxious I agree.
They have timers for shit like this. Have it come on in the late afternoon and shut off around nine pm. Problem solved.

This is the socialite/offender
