The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States; Our welfare clause is General and must cover any given contingency in a top down manner.Just right winger parler vous without any sublime truth value? Why then is the leftwing always trying to undo our Constitutional protections and remove the limits on governments? Sounds like they're the ones not getting it.What a difference a Constitution makes. Our form of socialism, which is Government, is limited by our supreme law of the land. Only right wingers never get it.It’s an immigrant’s story, with a message every American should hear.
As a native of Eastern Europe, Victoria Spartz has seen life under socialism up close and knows the damage it can do.
As a newly elected American congresswoman, she’s in a position to stop it from destroying the United States.
Spartz was the underdog winner of a race in Indiana’s 5th Congressional District to replace the retiring Rep. Susan Brooks.
And in an interview Monday morning on Fox News’ “Fox & Friends,” the Ukraine native explained why she got into politics in her adopted country.

Newly Elected GOP Rep Who Grew Up in Soviet Union Gives Stark Warning About Socialism
This is a vantage point fashionable socialists like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez could probably never understand.www.westernjournal.com
BJ's Pull Quote
“I grew up in a socialistic country,” Spartz told co-host Ainsley Earhardt.
“I grew up in socialism. I saw what happens when it runs out of money, and it’s not pretty.”
The left understand our federal Constitution unlike the parler crowd on the right wing.
Our welfare clause is General not common nor limited in any way.
So your contention is that the Gov can anything it wants to if they can justify it as being for "the greater good"?
For comparison and contrast, there is no general warfare clause for right wingers to justify anything they want for the "common defense".
I admit that I am coming in late here -
Is it the General Welfare Clause of the Constitution being discussed here?
