I guess that's why the WI supreme court just reinstated the ballot drop boxes and why FJB cancelled a stop there right afterwards.

It's a rare occurrence but in Virginia the election observers are the last to leave and the sheriff turns off the lights, locks the place down, and seals all the doors if counting is halted.

In fact we were told if it happens to stay in the parking lot and relief will be arranged till it reopens......The observers are the first allowed in behind the Sheriff.
