America's courts do truly try and bend over backwards to respect the legislative whenever possible. Like or agree with this ruling or not this is how it is supposed to work. As with the anti-Obamacare fanatics and radicals, the abortion providers were asking the courts to interfere where they truly do not like to -- ambiguities in a law.
