Ahh, the old "but.... but.... but they're not "real" Christians", meme.Spanish Conquistadors were productive for humanity? Were the Dark Ages productive for humanity? How about Inquisitions, Witch trials, faith healers, televangelists, etc., productive for humanity?
You're confusing the "title" of Christian with the "actions" of Bible-centered Christians. Two different things. Folks who "do" as Christ did are Christian. Folks who "don't" do as Christ did are not.
It's an old ploy of Christians who define out of Christianity those Christians who don't meet some arbitrary standard of Christianity.
Why were the church sponsored Conquistadors not "real " Christians doing as "bible-centered" Christians?
Doing as the New Testament says to do vs. not doing as the New Testament says is the key. Of course, if you don't know what the New Testament says then you don't know what you're talking about and shouldn't pretend to be an expert.
