Police precincts are hostile work environments, and compared to other government professions the police have a high turnover rate.

Police departments psychologically screen their recruits, that is of course to make sure that they're not mentally ill..
But here's the truth...
They only hire type hostile type A personalities.
Nobody's friend.

The police commissioners or chiefs are not going to hire somebody who is actually reading the "not a gun" website and seriously considering the information therein.


In short, we need new police departments...
And Camden, NJ actually did it.
Why not the rest of America?

New Hampshire is 92.8% white people and 1.9% Black or African American.

NH should put them on the endangered species list and send them all to a reserve, where it's illegal to shoot them. You could have Safaris where tourists pay to be driven through the reserve a take photographs of them wearing their traditional tribal clothing and singing the songs of their people.

Just think of all the money the state would bring in from the rich Massachusetts tourists.

It would be just as helpful to teach young black males in criminal gangs to stop shooting people...since they are the cause of the majority of deaths in black neighborhoods....not police...

They have to have a very serious reason to pull the trigger...
And they have to prove they had a reason.

Not even resistance is, by itself a legal reason.
